Steve Bessant (CINMT, CHEK IV, CHEK HLC II) is a neuromuscular therapist and a specialist in treating the cause of pain who has been in the rehabilitation field for over 12 years.
A specialist in treating the cause of pain and dysfunction, rather than just the symptom, Steve works with clients to achieve a long-term solution using a whole-body approach to treatment, having trained in both the US and UK to build an extensive knowledge of the mechanics of the human body.
Steve is a level 4 CHEK practitioner, a certified St John Neuromuscular Therapist (CNMT), Holistic Lifestyle level II and an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner (EFT). He works with a variety of clients - from professional teams and organizations to individuals in corrective exercise and sports specific conditioning. Working alongside orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists specializing in sports rehabilitation and through continued education Steve has kept himself at the cutting edge of the exercise and rehabilitation field.
Steve uses a variety of methods to assist clients looking to recover from or prevent injury, those suffering from chronic and acute pain and those looking to improve their body shape through a combination of exercise and nutritional changes.
